At Ernest Acres we offer a few options for our sales program. As we all know a well trained horse that is accurately represented will be the most saleable. That is why at Ernest Acres all sales horses are required to have been in a full training program a minimum of 1 month BEFORE they will be publicly advertised. We believe this is necessary to allow Bobbi time to get to know the horse and sort out any small issues there may be so that she can best describe the horse to potential buyers.

All of our sale packages require that the horse be boarded at Ernest Acres. The most straightforward option is the seller pays full board and training plus a 10% commission when sold. Understandably this option can be a bit pricey for some sellers so we also offer a commission based sale program as well; with this option the seller pays board and all other expenses for the horse (farrier and veterinary care etc.) while at Ernest Acres and Bobbi takes a 25% commission at the time of sale instead of being paid full training.
