Sales Program
At Ernest Acres we offer a few options for our sales program. As we all know a well trained horse that is accurately represented will be the most saleable. That is why at Ernest Acres all sales horses are required to have been in a full training program a minimum of 1 month BEFORE they will be publicly advertised. We believe this is necessary to allow Bobbi time to get to know the horse and sort out any small issues there may be so that she can best describe the horse to potential buyers.
All of our sale packages require that the horse be boarded at Ernest Acres. The most straightforward option is the seller pays full board and training plus a 10% commission when sold. Understandably this option can be a bit pricey for some sellers so we also offer a commission based sale program as well; with this option the seller pays board and all other expenses for the horse (farrier and veterinary care etc.) while at Ernest Acres and Bobbi takes a 25% commission at the time of sale instead of being paid full training.
All sale options include Ernest acres providing recent photos and videos of the horses as well as active advertising on social media as well as website advertising on ernestacres.com and warmblood-sales.com when prudent.
Austin (Reflexion)
Austin is 2017 Westfalen Gelding by Revolution standing 17.2hh
Austin competed very successfully in 2024 at second level and is ready to compete 3rd level in 2025. Austin has a superb temperament and excellent rideability making him suitable for almost any level of rider. He enjoys cross training over small fences as well as trail riding and hacking around the block. Currently has front shoes, no health or soundness concerns.

Caz
Caz is a 2019 Zangershiede Gelding standing 16.2hh by Chimeron Z out of a Stekkato Gold (Han) mare.
Caz is a lovely boy to have around, he is very easy to ride, very light in the bridle and responsive to your aids as well as having exceptionally comfortable gaits to ride. He lacks off property experience but overall has a kind and willing temperament and would be a super prospect for someone to bring along with the help of a coach.
Caz is ready to show training level, but is already schooling most of first level and even some 2nd level movements. Has a recent set of clean x rays.
